Linfield’s Fearless Krista

I’d love for you all to meet Temecula’s Linfield student, Krista! I had the pleasure of meeting Krista when I traveled down to Temecula in October. I was really impressed by this girl…she is wise beyond her years!

Not only is she incredibly smart, but she is also very involved in her community. She has played soccer since she was in kindergarten and loves the sport. One of her favorite things about playing?! The camaraderie on her team is amazing amongst the girls.  And honestly Krista, that’s what it’s all about.  The journey you go through and the friends you make a long the way while you play sports can really turn a girl into a strong individual.  And it gives you a permanent desire to always be your best self and never give up.

Her passion?!  Candor. Candor is a sign language performance group committed to minister to the Deaf Community.  She has a fire in her heart for ministry, and I can’t wait to see where it takes her.  She is also extremely passionate about photography!  You go girl!  And if you ever have any questions, you know who to hit up now! 😉

Let’s meet Krista…

And I love these curls!

Fearlessness Smells Like… The sweat from conquering your fears
Fearlessness Looks Like… Success
Fearlessness Tastes Like… Sweet victory
Fearlessness Sounds Like… The uncontrollable laughter of pure contentment
Fearlessness Feels Like… Freedom

Before our session, I shared with her the power of embracing your uniqueness. This is something I’m passionate about. I wanted her to think of ONE thing she loves most about herself. I was so happy when she came to the session with two…

I love that I have been blessed with a patient and serving heart. There is nothing more important to me than people and being able to help them. Life is not easy and I enjoy comforting those who are in the middle of a storm looking for the calm. I am far from perfect but do my best to put myself in others shoes, and start serving from that point.

Be slow to speak, but quick to listen and do what needs to be done. -Krista

EVERYONE has at least one thing they love about themselves.

EMBRACE IT. And don’t let anyone take it away from you.

It’s what makes you YOU. And trust me, you want to be unique…it’s what makes you special!

Having the fear of failing restricts us from living life to its fullest. If we never try to live outside of our comfort zones we will miss out on so much. -Krista

I told ya, wise beyond her years.

The one thing I know for sure is…

I was created for a purpose and have many great things to accomplish with the gifts I’ve been given. Let the journey begin!

Stay Fearless Krista,
