::Senior, Class of 2012:: Carmel Valley High School Senior Photographer

Let me introduce you to the amazing Elizabeth!  She hails from the great state of Kansas!  While visiting Carmel Valley, they thought it would be the perfect time to have her Senior pictures done!  And I agree! 😉 And the coolest part about it all, we did her session ON HER BIRTHDAY!  How amazing is that?!  We started out at a gorgeous estate in the Valley and then moved down to the beach in Pacific Grove…no cornstalks for Elizabeth!  We’re not in Kansas anymore, honey!  Here are some of my favorites…and it was so hard to narrow it down!

And of course, with my senior sessions, I love to have my teens answer some fun questions!  It makes their blog post so much fun!  Enjoy getting to know Elizabeth…you look gorgeous girl, and you ROCKED the camera!  I had so much fun with you all!!  xoxo

If you could be a famous athlete, actor, writer, or musician, which would you choose and why?
I think I would want to be Carrie Underwood. I love country music and she has one of the most amazing voices in country music right now. She’s really successful and, of course, extremely beautiful.

What would you do in life if you knew you could never fail?

I would stop studying for tests and doing homework. I dedicate myself to my school work and it would be relaxing to know I could pass everything without actually studying. I hate homework.

If you had one superpower, what would it be and why?
I think it would really cool to control the weather. If it’s too hot, I could just cool it down. If I’m feeling like a white Christmas, I could just make it snow. The possibilities of that superpower are endless.

If you could eat dinner with any person in the world, living or dead, who would it be and what one question would you ask?
I would want to eat dinner with my Grandma. She passed away when I was only 11, so I feel like I didn’t get to know her enough. I would ask her what’s one thing she learned throughout her life that I should follow throughout my own. Like a guideline or rule.
If you could know one thing about the future, what would it be?

I just want to know if I will be ultimately happy with my life. Whether that includes what my job will be, where I’ll live, or who I will marry, I just want to know if I will be happy with all my decisions.

What is the greatest song ever written?
That is the hardest question ever. But I’m going to have to say Three Little Birds by Bob Marley. Bob is the best, and this song is one of his bests. It’s the greatest feel-good song ever written and has a message everyone should follow.

(Don’t worry ’bout a thing, cause every little thing is gonna be alright).

If you could invent one thing, what would it be?
I would definitely invent a time machine. That way I could go back in time and maybe make a better decision here or there. Or I could go into the future and see what my life is going to be like in 20 years.  And it would be fun to go visit different decades, or even centuries.

If your life was made into a movie, who would you want to play you? Why?!
Emma Stone! She’s goofy, hilarious, beautiful, and a really great actress. I love every movie she’s ever been in and her sense of humor fits my personality perfectly.

If you were invisible, where would you go and what would you do?
I would get on a plane and travel all over the world. I could see everything I have ever wanted to see without having to spend any money!

Elizabeth, you have an amazing life ahead of you.  Enjoy every minute of your Senior year!!  (And now I have Bob Marley stuck in my head…but that’s okay, because I love that song too!)
